Are you an experienced Health professional, TAFE Teacher or VET Trainer & Assessor ready to inspire the next generation?

At Box Hill Institute, we are building a strong pipeline of passionate Casual Teachers / VET Trainers and Assessors to support delivery across our growing Health programs.

We are particularly seeking educators with expertise in Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability), along with professionals who can teach across a range of Health disciplines.

Casual opportunities available. Salary range aligns to the current MEA: L1 – L3 $91.42 - $98.77 per hour (dependent on qualifications & experience).

What you’ll be doing?

  • Deliver hands-on, industry-relevant training in classroom, simulated and blended environments
  • Support students with assessment completion and practical skill development
  • Bring your real-world healthcare experience into the classroom
  • Ensure delivery meets VET compliance and quality standards
  • Support students to successfully transition into employment or further study

What you bring?

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or higher teaching qualifications
  • Relevant health qualification aligned to your teaching discipline
  • Strong industry experience (e.g. aged care, disability, dental, health services)
